PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT/MANAGER

The successful candidate will be able to coordinate strategy generation and the tactical implementation, which requires developing, implementing, and coordinating programs; leading while serving; balancing strategic and tactical agendas simultaneously; facilitating answers to national science and technology policy questions; managing effective internal and external communication, both written and spoken; and providing expert logistical facilitation. It also requires content knowledge about the science and policy aspects of environmental issues overall and climate change and extreme events, in particular. This work requires both the ability and the desire to interface directly with clients to understand and to co-create outcomes and strategy; lead and facilitate meetings
